Nanci Taylor- Edible Magazine. Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX.
Nanci is publisher for DFW’s Edible Magazine. She plants and harvests the bounty of her own backyard garden in Old East Dallas. She keeps a busy calendar attending local food and ecology events, and on weekends she spends her time visiting with growers and food artisans at farms, shops and farmers markets around North Texas.

Terri spent many months working on farms in Norway and France when she was younger, which spurred her fascination with food. She now has a masters degree in liberal arts from SMU and has been editor for DFW’s Edible Magazine since its inaugural issue in 2010. She is very familiar with food trends and their future projection.
